Two questions, which might or might not come up in actual play, but knowing Mello... :/

1. If you break the ring while not wearing it, what happens? For example, if you put it on the ground and smashed it with a hammer, rock, &c., would you be teleported?

2. How about if you break it (while touching it) during the day?

Since there's been some general confusion re: the state of electricity at Landel's during the nighttime, is there way to have some clarification?

Points raised are if patient rooms have lights have night, if there are no lights but fridges work, if outlets work, etc.
